Survcast.com represents the first by the people for the
people news analysis service!
Think of us as The Social Opinion Network™
It's a place where users refer and discover content from around the web such as news, blogs, videos, and images. Using a simple Question and Answer workflow they create and respond to Survs™. A "Surv™" is a member contributed news survey that organizes user feedback in ways that existing comment features simply do not support.
The process is so efficient that millions of people can share their opinions on virtually any subject within minutes, and in measurable and actionable ways. It's a fun, entertaining, and empowering way to support your cause or views!
When people rise up on a large scale, other people take notice. Survcast provides the ideal format for this to occur. Companies, publishers, and advertisers alike can monitor results to improve their offerings and because Surv results are exposed in aggregate privacy is always insured!
Your privacy is our number one concern. To ensure that our users feel comfortable expressing their true opinions Survcast.com does not reveal user identities in relation to Surv™ (survey) or poll answers. Answers are displayed in aggregate to ensure privacy while exposing public opinion for the benefit of our community and advertisers. Note: if you are the second user to answer a Surv the creator of the Surv will know how you answered. Other than this exception there is no way for other users to determine how you answered. To learn more please review our terms of use and privacy policy.
Survcast.com community members become empowered through anonymous free speech, and improved products and services come their way due to their contributions. Click here to learn more, or to signup.

Introducing Services
The Survcast community works together to analyze news on their terms! Here's how: our members refer content from around the web such as news, blog and video posts. Using a multiple-choice question and answer format they create their own Surv. A “Surv” is a user contributed news survey. Members then share their Surv with our community, and many of the social networks that support Survcast including Twitter and Facebook. As others weigh in by answering Surv questions this increases the Survs count indicating that public opinion is being measured.
Each week we open our polls. At this time Survcast.com notifies our entire community and invites them to take the Top Ten most popular Survs for that week. This increases exposure for Survs that qualify, which in turn increases audience reach for content owners such as publishers and bloggers. The difference between Survs and polls is that Survs are shared by our users within our community, but polls are promoted by our system to entire community.
Before creating a Surv we suggest that you review the feature descriptions below. Then review some Survs created by other users to learn how it works:
